In case of Dissatisfaction, regret, withdrawal or wrong product delivered

In case of Dissatisfaction, regret, withdrawal or wrong product delivered the deadline to return your product is 7 (seven) calendar days, valid from the delivery date.

  1. The product must be in perfect condition, free from scratches or external damage, with the manufacturer’s seals and without signs of violation, misuse or access to its internal structure accompanied by the coupon or invoice.
  2. The return and reimbursement of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the conditions in which the product is found. Once the reimbursement is confirmed, within 14 days the refund will be made, if the purchase was made through credit cards.

After 14 days, the refund will be made through a deposit in a bank account informed by the customer through Customer Service.

Replacement due to product defect

If you notice any defect in your product purchased from Aquanox Fountains, please contact Customer Service within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery. You will be guided on the analysis procedures and, if authorized, the exchange or reimbursement of the amount paid for the product will be processed.

  1. The merchandise must be in perfect condition, free from scratches or external damage, with the manufacturer’s seals and without signs of violation, misuse or access to the internal structure of the product, accompanied by the coupon or invoice.
  1. Exchanges caused by misuse or damage caused by the customer, or in violation of the rules described above, will not be accepted. Under these conditions, the product will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
  1. The merchandise will be replaced within 30 calendar days after analysis of the return by Aquanox Fountains. The exchange or reimbursement of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the conditions in which the product is found.

If the product to be exchanged is no longer available in stock, it may be replaced by another, of a different brand or model, and the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in value, if any.

If you do not want the exchange, the customer may request reimbursement of the amount paid.

The return and reimbursement of the amount paid will only be made after an analysis of the conditions in which the product is found.

Once the reimbursement is confirmed, within 14 days the refund will be processed to the credit card which the purchase was made.
