  4. Free Shipping

    • We offer free standard shipping on select stainless steel fountains for orders within the continental United States. Eligibility for free shipping will be indicated on the product page.

  5. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship stainless steel fountains to addresses within the United States only. We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  6. Address Accuracy

    • To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by customers.

  7. Order Tracking

    • Once your stainless steel fountain is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or your account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

  8. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • In the rare event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

  9. Customs and Duties (for International Orders)

    • At this time, we do not ship stainless steel fountains internationally. We only offer shipping within the United States.
